Uranus is slightly softer than steel, but only in the periodic table. Actually it's the most famous Azerbaijani rapper, much stronger than steel. He was born in 1983. in the village of Sheki, at age 17 he wrote his first rap.
Believe it or not, Azerbajdžancima rap blood. While Americans danced the foxtrot, waltz and American tango 20-ies of the last century, or as they are called - The Roaring Twenties, in Azerbaijan was created Meykhana, recognizable literary and folk rap tradition which hosts national call rap. It consists of one or more singers who recite verses "in the dry" or accompanied by instruments - synthesizers, drum machines or even a live band.
Meykhana masters ryu write, memorize, improvise verses that usually criticize negative social phenomena. The word itself comes from the Persian word meykhane (tavern, pub), a compound of two words - and house wine. Winehouse, but without Amy :)
So it is not at all surprising that Azerbaijan ryu has good benchmarks among which certainly highlights Ibrahim Ibrahim - Uranus. With less than 17 years writing his first rap, 2004. he became famous with his first single "Spid ryu virus Düşüb Mənə". So far released three albums.
