Synopsis: John Constantine (Keanu Reeves) has been to hell and back. He was born with a gift that he does not want: the ability to recognize 410 area code angels and demons in human form on earth. His help is invoked by a desperate but skeptical police investigator Angela Dodson (Rachel Weisz) to solve the mysterious death of her beloved twin sister. The investigation takes them into the world of demons and angels that live in Los Angeles. They are both caught in a fateful series of supernatural events. Is there any escape from this hell on earth possible?

27-02-2005 12:44 I was very pleasantly surprised at this. The special effects were not super realistic, but fit very well with the whole atmosphere. The choice of the action scenes are not too much to let predominate fell very good, especially in the shootout under the sprinklers, which turned more to the atmosphere than the action, suited me very well. The story was decent, but could perhaps be better run as mini-series, since there were now a lot of characters and zijplots now simply got too little attention. The way in which the devil was represented and the fact that for me were two big pluses. All in all it was not really an action film, which many people seemed to expect, and not really 410 area code horror, but certainly a successful and original film, with occasional fun winking.
02-03-2005 10:53 Thought it was a cool movie, and I hear more positive reactions. That 6.6 on imdb is in my opinion would have been worthy to low Between 7 and 7.5. Unfortunately, there are some hell blazer fanboys on FT there are more people with good taste for movies
19-07-2005 18:41 Indeed, no high performances from Reeves. Very nicely put together with some classic shock effects, but still a rather outdated story, I find this film quite a must! In some way I could 'em soon after not explain ..... probably will not make too much impression.
lol! ok why you saw a pack of cigarettes stating that it is fatal and so I understood smoothness not, von Toubkal 410 area code come sooner rather dry on hha. certainly good movie! effects good! the way the devil iis portrayed agrees un something different and the sky looked nice, interesting how they have figured out how hell and earth look like in the movie. hi.

Especially look twice if you have not seen the movie! The photo on the front page of film total is only absolutely Constantine ...

24-10-2009 21:26 A good start is half the work .. and Tilda Swinton is a fantastic Gabril 410 area code (although you previously Christopher Walken would expect in this role) just over Lucifer, I have my doubts. entertaining, exciting and the film continues to fascinate pretty, pretty 410 area code roles for beautiful karakters..net a strip this movie definitely worth 8 stars. something ee
